While we’re known for hosting weddings and wellness retreats, our venue is also available to hire for all kinds of celebrations and corporate events.

FAQs

  • Included:

    • Exclusive use of the event spaces you need (depending on guest numbers)

    • An Event Manager to help with on-the-day coordination

    • Fully staffed bar with standard glassware, plus tea & coffee if pre-ordered

    • Furniture for all guests (with your layout agreed in advance)

    Not included:

    • Additional or decorative furniture (we have vintage items available to hire or borrow)

    • Crockery, cutlery, napkins, and kitchen equipment (including food fridges)

    • Food service staff

    • Setup/takedown beyond the agreed hire times

    • You’re welcome to place a free provisional hold.

    • If someone else requests the same date, you’ll have one week to confirm.

    • A 10% deposit secures your booking.

    • Final payment is due one month before your event.

    • Yes - onsite parking for around 60 cars.

    • Cars can stay overnight and, collected between 9am–12pm the next day (with prior agreement).

    • Extra setup time is available and charged at 50% of your venue hire fee per hour outside your contracted hours.

    • Please let us know your ideal setup time when booking.

    • Corkage:

    • We don’t offer corkage - all drinks are purchased through our bar.

    • You can choose a cash bar, operate a tab, or pre-order a drinks package.

    • Complimentary squash is available for children.

    • Yes, we can create fully bespoke packages.

    • Pre-mixed cocktails are also available.

    • Tea & coffee can be pre-ordered (£2.50pp) or purchased from the bar.

  • Yes - free WiFi is available throughout the venue.

    • We have a small Bluetooth speaker in the Boulton & Paul Bar and a full integrated sound system in The Grain Store.

    • Additional AV/PA equipment can be hired - your Event Manager will be happy to help coordinate this.

    • Absolutely - you’re welcome to use our existing fixings and bring freestanding décor.

    • We just ask that no blu-tack, tape, or pins are used, as any damage may incur a charge.

    • Inflatables can’t be used indoors.

    • Small soft play may be allowed - just check with your Event Manager first.

    • We don’t have onsite rooms, but we’re happy to recommend nearby hotels.

    • From May - September, our glamping field may be available to hire (depending on our schedule).

From a fully accessible wedding party prep room to quiet, separate spaces for peace and privacy, we strive to provide a venue which can accommodate all needs.
